"Teach Me How to Lament" Do grief and despair feel overwhelming? Do they make you feel disconnected and confused about God? Are you unsure what you are allowed to pray during these kinds of moments? The Bible has a lot to say about how Christians should deal with their present pain and loss. During this retreat, we will walk through a biblical understanding of lament using the book of Lamentations and then a step-by-step process of how to write our own lament.
